These Terms & Conditions (the 'Terms') govern your use of the Lecis Design website and all services provided by Alex Lecis. By booking a service, purchasing a course or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lecis Design is the trading name of Alex Lecis, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at alexlecis@pm.me or +44 777 8673 892.
All bookings and payments are handled through our third-party booking provider, ClassBento. When you book, you will be directed to ClassBento to select a time and pay. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our current services and prices are: 1:1 Interior Design Consultation, 90 minutes, £199; Accessible / Disabled 1:1 Consultation, 90 minutes, £99; Islamic Interior Design 1:1 Consultation, 90 minutes, £199; Follow-up Consultation, 60 minutes, £49; and the 1:1 Interior Design Course (A–Z), five days × 90 minutes, £399. Furniture ordering and bespoke commissioning is free on orders over £400, otherwise a £100 service fee. Prices may change; the price shown at the time of booking applies.
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice before the start time, at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may not be refunded. You may reschedule once at our discretion. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at alexlecis@pm.me.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, processed through ClassBento to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days. Missed sessions and late cancellations are non-refundable.
The course consists of five sessions of 90 minutes each, delivered online, one-to-one, across five days. Course places are limited. A certificate of participation is issued on completion of the course. Course fees are non-transferable.
Where you order furniture through us, or commission a bespoke piece, we act as your design agent. Furniture is supplied by third-party suppliers and lead times are estimates only. Our service is free on orders over £400; otherwise a £100 service fee applies. Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except where they are faulty or not as described.
You agree to provide accurate information, measurements and photographs, and to cooperate reasonably so that we can deliver our services. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of inaccurate information provided by you.
All designs, drawings, course materials and written content we provide are our intellectual property and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, publish or redistribute them without our written permission.
We provide professional design advice in good faith. We are not liable for the work of third-party contractors, suppliers or manufacturers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are committed to making our services accessible. If you have any access requirements, please let us know when booking and we will make reasonable adjustments to support you.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies. Please review them before booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
